Research indicates a significant opportunity for the Church: 75% of Christians believe it is every believer’s responsibility to share the gospel. There is a widespread, heartfelt desire to see people come to faith.
However, a critical gap exists between belief and action. More than half of all Christians (52%) believe someone else is better equipped to share the faith than they are. This sense of inadequacy often prevents believers from engaging in mission.
At Equipped Evangelism, our work is dedicated to closing this gap. We partner with churches and ministry leaders to move believers from feeling hesitant to feeling equipped. Through practical workshops and strategic resources, we provide the training necessary to help Christians share the gospel naturally and confidently in their everyday lives.

How we began
Equipped Evangelism began with a vision to empower Christians to boldly share their faith in everyday situations. We believe it will take every Christian, everywhere doing all they can to reach the world for Christ. We understand the challenges many believers face when it comes to evangelism, from fear of rejection to not knowing where to start. That's why we've dedicated ourselves to providing practical, Biblically grounded tools and training to help the Church overcome these barriers and bring the gospel to those who need to hear.
We focus on three key areas
We work alongside local churches to move believers from initial interest to active mission. Our model is built on three core pillars.
Train
We facilitate interactive workshops that provide a strong foundation for evangelism. Our training focuses on practical skills that help believers overcome the common barriers to sharing their faith. We move beyond theory to ensure that every participant leaves with the confidence to start a conversation.
Resource
We provide the specific tools necessary for sustainable outreach. This includes our evangelism style assessments and salvation story training. By providing these resources, we help individuals discover their natural strengths and learn to communicate the gospel with clarity and authenticity.
Mobilise
We bridge the gap between training and action. We assist in preparing believers for mission trips and local outreach opportunities. Our goal is to ensure that the Church is not only equipped with knowledge but is actively engaged in sharing Jesus in their everyday lives.

We believe that it will take every Christian, everywhere, doing all they can to reach the world for Christ. With quality training and resources, we know the Church can extend beyond its walls, bringing the hope of Jesus to a lost and hurting world.
Kenny & Jenn MacKay
Kenny and Jenn MacKay have served as missionaries in the UK since 2010. Their work is built on a foundation of local church ministry and international mission. Today, they focus on developing the systems and resources the Church needs to scale its evangelistic impact. Kenny frequently meets with ministry leaders to explore partnership opportunities and design training programs that fit the unique needs of their congregations.
