Equipped Evangelism Workshops

Equipped Evangelism workshops help believers grow confident in sharing Jesus naturally, biblically, and faithfully in everyday life. Churches use this training to move people beyond hesitation and into Spirit-led gospel conversations that fit who they are and where God has placed them.

These workshops do not teach a single method or script. They lay strong biblical foundations for evangelism, emphasise dependence on the Holy Spirit, and help believers discover how God has uniquely wired them to share the gospel.

Who these workshops are for

Equipped Evangelism workshops are designed for churches and ministries with believers who love Jesus but feel unsure how to share their faith, leaders who want evangelism to become part of normal Christian life, and congregations ready to be stretched while remaining rooted in Scripture and led by the Holy Spirit.

What participants will walk away with

By the end of an Equipped Evangelism workshop, participants will:

  • Gain a clear, biblical understanding of evangelism that applies to everyday life.
  • Identify their personal evangelism style and how God has designed them to share the gospel.
  • Write and refine their own salvation story as a practical evangelistic tool.
  • Grow in confidence to start faith conversations naturally and clearly.
  • Learn how to communicate the gospel faithfully without pressure or manipulation.
  • Engage in shared learning through discussion, reflection, and guided practice.

How the workshops work

Equipped Evangelism workshops are most commonly delivered across two sessions, usually a Friday evening and Saturday morning. This format allows space for teaching, reflection, discussion, and practical application without overwhelming participants.

Workshops can also be delivered as a single intensive session or spread across multiple weeks, depending on what best serves the church’s people and mission.

Every workshop is shaped to the specific needs, culture, and context of the local church. Time is intentionally built in for teaching, discussion, reflection, and practice so learning leads to real change rather than information alone.

Testimonies

Equipped Evangelism helped our mature believers move beyond their comfort zones and grow in confidence in sharing their faith. The training was biblically grounded, emphasised dependence on the Holy Spirit, and was shaped to our church’s specific needs. It proved both a challenge and a blessing in our ongoing walk of faith.

For today's Christian and church congregations, this is an invaluable resource for equipping ordinary people to share their faith in Christ.

The first session really woke me up. I think I had become complacent. I felt re-inspired.
